Kaleva



This daily, founded in 1899, is Finland's fourth-largest daily newspaper. It is published by the private publishing house Kaleva Oy. It supported the Progress Party until 1953 but has been independent ever since. The Internet edition has over 160,000 visitors weekly, which according to the newspaper makes it the most popular online newspaper in northern Finland and the third most popular nationwide.
