Kristeligt Dagblad



As the name indicates, this newspaper founded in 1896 has a Christian orientation and focuses on religion and ethics. It does not aim to change readers' lifestyle but to give them a purpose in life. Kristeligt Dagblad is viewed as a quality newspaper that dedicates a lot of space to cultural themes, but also to analysis and background reports. The newspaper was until recently the fastest growing paper on the Danish market, and has gained new subscribers each year, countering the general trend. At present it has a stable circulation of 26,000 copies. The newspaper is owned by around 3,000 shareholders.
