EU is the sole opponent of the Bulgarian government

The EU Commission presents its progress report on Bulgaria and Romania today, Wednesday. The daily Dnevnik writes that criticism of the lack of progress made in the areas of justice, organised crime and corruption applies to the old government and that the new government under Boyko Borisov will have to start from scratch: However "it wouldn't be surprising if the next reports of the EU Commission become more interesting again.
