Stability in the Caucasus will prevent terror
The conservtive daily Magyar Nemzet analyses the causes of the bomb attack in Moscow: "After the first horror has subsided the question inevitably arises as to how something so dreadful can be avoided in future. The first thing must be to identify the ringleaders and investigate the motives for the attack. ... All the experience we have to date leads us to look immediately to the Causcasus. In the past years several similar terror attacks have been carried out by Chechen organisations. Violent conflict has been raging in the North Caucasus for years. This is not the first time that Moscow's fight against Islamic separatists in Chechnya has taken on such a brutal form. ... The biggest step towards quelling terrorist violence would be to bring stability to the North Caucasus."
