The risks of Franco-Libyan cooperation

Kadhafi, former 'Chief of the Terrorists,' 'member of the axis of evil,' as the Americans and Europeans officially called him for years, the Bin Laden of the 1970s, gave a broad smile and crowed over his victory. And it did not even cost him much. It was his profit from the sale of the Bulgarian nurses."
