Hürriyet Daily News, formerly Turkish Daily News, was founded in 1961 and is Turkey's oldest English-language daily. It focuses on current affairs in Turkey and the region. After being sold to Demirören Holding in 2018, its political stance became closely aligned with the government, therby limiting its editorial offerings. Now it is only available online.
