The unknown photographer

Twice Prague citizens cleared Wenceslas Square - on 22 and 23 August. On 26 August Czech-Soviet talks took place at the Kremlin which culminated in the signing of the "Moscow Protocol". It abolished almost all the Czechoslovak government's reform projects.
