Obosrevatel (The Observer) is one of the oldest online publications in Ukraine. It is owned by the family of businessman and politician Mykhailo Brodsky. Initially the website was well-known for in-depth investigative journalism. Until 24 February 2022, it often featured articles that were critical of President Zelensky. The outlet maintains a patriotic stance and sometimes publishes provocative articles.
