This paper was founded by Giuliano Ferrara, who was a minister in Silvio Berlusconi's first government in 1994. Nowadays Ferrara has a sceptical stance vis-à-vis Forza Italia. The paper consists of only a few pages that mostly feature commentaries by free thinkers. It is a luxury product of journalism, as Ferrara himself affirms. In 2015 Ferrara handed over the reins at the magazine to journalist and blogger Claudio Cerasa.
