The PostOnline (TPO) was launched in 2009 as a counterbalance to Joop.nl. The website offers a platform for news and opinions. Although it insists that it is against dogma and ideology, many articles are on the right of the political spectrum. In addition to the free content, from 2013 to 2015 it also published the TPO magazine featuring regular contributors, which had a paywall model. This magazine later became an independent publication called Reportersonline.
