Maaseudun Tulevaisuus is the organ of the Central Union of Agricultural Producers and Forest Owners (MTK). Accordingly it focuses on political and business topics related to the agricultural and forestry sectors. It features articles on agricultural companies and rural life in general. However not only farmers are its target group: the number of subscribers is considerably higher than the number of farms in Finland.
