From 2011 to 2017 economist Jacques Sapir published commentaries and work papers on Europe's economy - with a special focus on the euro crisis - and on Russia and geopolitical affairs on his blog RussEurope. The blog was shut down by its publisher OpenEdition in September 2017 on the grounds that OpenEdition is a scientific platform that is not intended for the publication of political views. The blog will now be published on the les-crises.fr website.
