The 24-hour news channel Digi 24 was initially part of the RCS & RDS group - the largest telecommunications provider in Romania and all of Southeast Europe. The Hungarian-Romanian IT entrepreneur and millionaire Zoltán Teszári holds the majority stake in RCS & RDS. In May 2019, ownership of the station was transferred to Campus Media TV S.R.L. so that Digi 24 could also be broadcast by other telecommunications companies. Digi24.ro is the news broadcaster's online platform and features commentary, analysis and news on politics, business and society. Its stated goal is to offer independent and unbiased coverage. According to the editors, the commentary section is open to all politicians and all parties.
