Onet.pl is the largest Polish internet portal. The German-Swiss joint venture Ringier Axel Springer has held one hundred percent of the shares since 2012. The portal pushes entertainment journalism. But it is also known for its investigative research on domestic power games and scandals. The political orientation of the portal is rather critical of the government.
