Leonid Volkov is a close confidant of prominent imprisoned Putin critic Alexei Navalny. He headed Navalny's anti-corruption foundation FBK and organised political campaigns for him. Volkov, a Yekaterinburg native, was put under investigation in 2019, after which he left the country. Russia issued an arrest warrant for him in 2021. He has 55,000 followers on Facebook (December 2022).
